Mountain Agricultural Park "Productionvillage-landscape" Coordinated Development Planning Strategy Study

The development of agriculture and rural areas to high quality is an important goal of China’s current rural revitalization.As a country with 2/3 of the land area being mountainous,the cultivated land in the suburban mountain villages is being eroded continuously.Due to the complex site conditions,the difficulty in developing large-scale,mechanization and modernization of agriculture,the abandonment of farmland and the serious hollowing out of mountain villages in the mountainous areas,the industrial and economic development of mountain villages lags behind that of the plain areas.This is also the objective reason why the 14 contigous extremely poor areas in China are all mountainous areas.Therefore,it is especially urgent to explore the sustainable development of mountain and rural transformation approach.This paper is based on the agricultural park as one of the high quality transformation and innovation models of mountain villages,it plays a positive role in mountain village ecological protection and environmental improvement,rural agricultural production demonstration,linkage of primary,secondary and tertiary industries of rural agriculture,rich rural business forms,rural culture inheritance,and increase of farmers’ income.This paper attempts to explore the planning model of "mountain agricultural park",in order to promote the high-quality development of mountain villages.Based on the development and evolution of agricultural parks in China and the sorting out of basic theories,this paper concludes that agricultural parks in China have the characteristics of ecology,production,life,tourism and integration.And from of the agriculture park planning and construction in our country,the selection of mountain and plain agricultural park comparative analysis of typical cases and looking for the particularity of mountain agricultural park,found the mountain agricultural park has diverse fusion system of ecological landscape,and multivariate stereoscopic system of agriculture and forestry production,more decentralized restriction and advantage of tourism scenic spots and so on,And then through the mountain village resources endowment,village,industry,this paper put forward the coordinated development of mountain agricultural park village scene production planning strategy,namely "production scene together,on the premise of ecological protection and establish ecological agriculture and forestry region" mountain characteristics "-with from village to community development as the core,build small,producing village fusion community" "development as a whole,tourism development as the catalyst,Construct cultural tourism agricultural industry integration scenic spot ".Based on the planning of "the hometown of Sichuan red" agricultural park,and based on the identification of project characteristics and problems,this paper puts forward specific implementation strategies for the coordinated development of rural landscape in mountainous agricultural park,in order to provide new ideas for the high-quality development of mountainous rural areas.
