With the development of urbanization and pursuing of high quality life style in China,building energy consumption is occupaining huge percentage of the whole society energyconsumption. From Eleventh to Twelfth Five-Year plan of China, the building energy efficiencyissues have been an essential subject. On one hand the new building must be built with energyefficient envelop, and on the other hand it is of great urgency to research the energy conservationtechnology of reconstructing existing office building envelop. So this academic costume chosethe energy efficiency retrofit for existing building at Xianning region.Xianning is located at Hubei province and has a cold in winter and hot in summer climate.Before the Ministry of construction issued the energy efficiengt building rules at2005, theconstruction of office buildings in Xianning ignored have never been done.By investigate some existing office buildings in Xianning, I found that the energy lost viabuilding envelop is large and the thermal property inside is not so satisfying, and some officebuildings have large protential of retrofit, especially the building constructed between80thcentry to2005. So this thesis focused on the energy conservation technology of reconstructingexisting office building envelop in Xianning,which could be a help to building energ-savingspromotion there. At first, in this thesis, I collected the informations about climate, geographicalenvironment and present situation of office buildings in Xianning. Secondly, I chosen sometechniques for energy efficiency retrofit which is total going with situation in Xianning. Then, Iused the DeST-c software to simulate the energy efficency retrofit in the building. Take thetwelve floors office-building which was built at2003in Xianning city as an example, studyingthe most suitable measure to enhance the thermal parameters of building envelope by using theprofessional building energy consumption simulation software. By analysis the data of simulateresult, chosen the most efficient remolding plan, which contents adding35mm foam board toexterior-wall and changing the old windows to low-e windows. After reconstruct to the existingoffice building, the energy used by HVAC system has reduced17.4%, which consist by39.08%in winter and13.34%in summer. There are large potential of office-building reconstruct at hotsummer and cold winter region by increase the ability of envelop insulation. This paper offeruseful advises to the real project for energy-savings reconstruct.Above all, this topic has positive affection in promoting energy-saving practices for officebuildings at Xianning region. Technical measures and software simulation data show the area ofoffice building energy efficiency retrofit at Xianning region is very significant. It is ncessary tocarry out the practice of the existing office building energy efficiency retrofit and it should beconsidered in future This thesis research on energy efficiency retrofit techniques which take fullaccount of the actual situation of the Xianning. It has a strong relevance and practical and able tohelp transforming the region’s office-building retrofit practices, or provide methodologicalguidance and experience to draw on. For energy-saving implementation of existing residential buildings in the region, this academic costume can also offer some role in guiding which havereference value. |
