Study On The Landscape Planning Of The Waterfront Greenbelt In Caidian District,Wuhan City

At present our country is in a stage of rapid urbanization; the cities expand outward step by step, and rural towns are gradually transformed into small and medium-sized cities. In the future process of urbanization, especially for the central region, the rising of central china, the good economic foundation, the superior geography position, and the radiation of surrounding big cities etc will offer many opportunities for the rapid development of the new cities. Similar with the examples in this paper, there are not only completely built old city zone but also larger areas of beautiful natural sceneries such as farmland,woodland unused by cities in the most new city zone of houguanhu metro eco easy living. Facing the rapid development of economic and society, and the continuously increasing living demand of people, it has become a topic in urgent need of concern at present that how to maintain the integrity and health of the ecological environment in the urbanization process, and guarantee harmonious human settlement environment to citizens so as to achieve the harmonious coexistence of development and protection, man and nature, the urban and rural areas.First this paper has discussed the relative concept of waterfront greenbelt to definitude the concept of it. Secondly this paper has analyzed the home and abroad planning theory of waterfront greenbelt and practice cases, probed into the planning model of Place levels of the waterfront greenbelt design, and made a summary of advanced foreign experiences combining the current situation of China waterfront greenbelt research. And then on the basis of that, aiming at Wuhan region and taking the situation and planning of houguanhu metro eco easy living as example, this paper has analyzed the misunderstanding, problems and development tendency of the new town construction,and also put forward that waterfront greenbelt is one of effective ways of sustainable development of new town considering with the characteristic of waterfront greenbelt itself. At last this paper has analyzed the unique regional culture of houguanhu metro eco easy living, expounded the significance of waterfront greenbelt construction of houguanhu metro eco easy living, introduced waterfront greenbelt to the construction of houguanhu metro eco easy living by aiming at the regional characteristic of Jiangnan watery region and propose the specific plan of wenling greenbelt.On the analysis of the present situation,space factor and cultural background of the court foundation, the WenLing waterfront greenbelt specific multi-objective programming for: we protect Hollywood culture of the caidian regional into the design to reflect the caidian local culture; Through organizing the bicycle tour line, walking tour lineand water upstream of the recreational way line, we outstanding the recreational landscape characteristics in the planning; Through guiding the pastoral landscape to the city, we maintain a good city country landscape; Through playing the place spirit of the drums ferry back, we maintenance memory of the historical context.
