Asynchronous machine have been used as drive device in high-speed train since the last century, which have got the attention of the world. New traction motor products are endless nearly20years. As a key part of the rail transit, The control performance requirements is more and more high. The general control methods to asynchronous motor mainly have the open loop, vector control, direct torque control based the PID control. While the traditional PID controller of the vector control system is hard to meet the performance requirements of modern traction high dynamic. The fuzzy control as an important branch of intelligent control is combined with the traditional PID. Then using fuzzy inference realize PID parameters control online, which make the system to achieve the ideal control effect. Studying of the traction motor control technology and testing system can provide powerful evidence for better designing motor and its control system.This paper depending on Changchun railway vehicle Co., LTD build traction motor control system performance test lab, based on the principle of the traction motor in the study and mathematical model, through the analysis and research of the traction motor various control strategy and control method, put forward the fuzzy PID vector control methods. According the development of modern testing technology for the virtual instrument, combined with the characteristics of LabVIEW software development tools, the traction motor control system of virtual instrument testing method is on the study design. Fuzzy PID vector control methods and virtual instrument test method is proposed for improving traction motor control performance, which laid the foundation of the testing technology for the testing motor control system. Especially the test Excitation component id and Torque component iq can be used to verify the stator current excitation component and torque between components of decoupling degree and vector control performance. This method will be better for designing asynchronous motor control system. This thesis mainly carried out from the following several aspects:the traction motor principle analysis and setting up the mathematical model of the asynchronous traction motor, also vector control methods should have a deep research.So traction motor vector control system based on the fuzzy PID is builted and the simulation of matlab/simulink verified the effectiveness of the control method. The testing function of the testing system should be ensure, in this paper,we should testing the motor control system and motor itself,the related parameters including:voltage, current, torque, rotational speed and vector control system of current shaft and its components etc. According to the test requirements and motor parameter of the test principle, the mainly task is the system’s overall design, PXI collection system configuration, signal conditioning circuit design, selection of the sensor and electrical interface and other hardware circuit design; Then according to test software modular, elaborate design software of the system, which including the data acquisition system module, data display module, and report generation save module, print module and performance test module, through to the different models of the design, realization of data collection and storage etc.
