SI Residential System Technology And Its Application Research

In foreign countries, Netherlands and Japan started the study of this system earlier and have more advanced research results, can provide guidance for the development of the SI housing system in our country. According to the different of service life and functions, the skeleton body and the filling body is designed respectively in SI residential system. The skeleton body mainly comprises the main structure and public pipeline.The filling body comprises inner wall, indoor pipeline and piping, elevated floor and integral kitchen etc. The two parts should make corresponding connection structure in the design and construction and in accordance with the modular coordination principles in order to realize the concept of the standardization and assembly of SI system. With the development of SI residential system in china, SI residential system emerges as the times require. This kind of structure system conforms to the national condition of our country, especially in the application of affordable housing. SI residential housing reflects hundred years residential concept.It doesn’t have indoor vertical pipeline and can change and replace the room type at any time.This article points out the characteristics and superiority of SI residential through the analysis of the SI residential system and its case.
