Research On The Standardization Design Of Urban Residential Buildings In Cold Regions Under The Industrialization Guide

In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted the process of industrialization.Many ministries and commissions have successively issued a large number of relevant policy documents to support industrialized residential construction.Industrialized housing have the advantages of low carbon,low consumption,high quality,and high efficiency,the characteristics can make a leap in the level of residential construction and it's quality.The special nature of the cold weather lead to shorter construction period and higher energy consumption in buildings in.winter cities.Therefore,the demand for industrialized residential buildings is even more urgent.Standardization design is the primary link of industrialization construction and is the premise of industrialized production and assembly construction.However,under the current background of the country's vigorous efforts to promote industrialization,residential buildings have not achieved a unified standard design in actual production,which hinders the process of industrialization.This article research the standardization design methods of residential buildings in cold cities,which has important practical significance.This article is based on the research and analysis of industrial housing case in Changchun and one of the industrialization demonstration cities-Shenyang,divides into four chapters to study the standardization design methods of industrialized houses in cold cities.The first chapter is the introduction part,expound the the background of the thesis,the research object and scope,the research purpose and meaning,the research contents and method,as well as the research framework,and analyze the related development and research status of domestic and international housing industrialization,do set the stage for the subsequent research.The secondchapter is the basic part of the research,discusses the related concepts and mutual relations of housing industrialization and standardization design.Based on the summarise of the problems in the current design and production of industrialized houses,this chapter put forward the coupling method of constructing a standardized design strategy,and clarify the rationality of the method.The third part constructs the standardization strategy of industrialized housing in cold cities.Through deeply discusses the typicality of residential design in cold cities,and also the decomposition and combination process of residential standardization,and finally establish a cold city residential standardized product series.Chapter IV based on the former of the research and analysis,summarizes methods for the standardized design of industrialized houses in cold cities.Including regional expression strategies of architectural forms,methods of organic composition of residential products,and principles of standard product family series construction.Finally,the above research was applied to the actual case.This thesis disscuss,analysis,and summarise the typical industrialized iesidential projects in cold cities from two aspects of theoretical research and case study.The standardization strategies of industrialized housing in cold cities and the corresponding design methods,can provide reference and basis for the follow-up reaserches and practices of industrialized iesidential projects in cold cities.
