Circular Storage with Stacker and Reclaimer due to its very flexible mode ofoperation, there are material piling and taking work separated from each other,non-interference in each other’s characteristics, it will be in the process of bulkmaterial handling occupies very important position in the future. Round yard in thisessay, on the basis of current situation of the development of material piling andtaking machine, through mastering Circular Storage with Stacker and Reclaimerprocess requirement, put forward the Circular Storage with Stacker Reclaimer anddistributing control system design principle, designed and developed in accordancewith Circular Storage with Stacker and Reclaimer process control system.Based on the Circular Storage with Stacker and Reclaimer working process andtechnology, to carry out the Circular Storage with Stacker and Reclaimer electricaldesign, the design idea of distributed control system is established.
