Study On Conservation Of The Historic District In Tianjin

In recent years, people pay more and more attention on the conservation of the historic district. However, the conservation situation of the historic district in our country is not optimistic. Up to more than30years after the reform and opening-up, in the scale of the urban planning and construction process, the representative historic district of the city are vanishing. Many historical and cultural cities face an unprecedented historical and cultural crisis. As a historical and cultural city in China, Tianjin takes a prominent place in modern history, and has the rich historical culture. With the impact of the rapid urbanization and the economic globalization, the conservation of the historic district in Tianjin is facing the increasingly serious test.The conservation of the historic district in China, experienced historical and cultural heritage protection system in initial shape, historical culture protection concept of history and culture protection system build phases, but there are still some major issues, such as city planning, city and architectural design, urban renewal, illegal phenomenon, the shortage of capital. The conservation condition of the historic district in Tianjin also has many huge problems.Through the description of the characteristics of the historical and cultural blocks in tianjin, this paper analyzes the status and the main contradictions of historical and cultural blocks protection, and evaluates the problems appeared in the process of the historical and cultural blocks protection. This paper puts forward that the research on the protection of historical and cultural blocks in tianjin is imminent.As an example on Wu Da Dao district,the famous historical and cultural blocks in Tianjin, through the description of the charateristics of the historical street, this paper analyzes the successful experience of block protection and the main problems existing in the present situation, and this paper puts forward the principle of historic blocks protection. With reading vast literature books, searching for the relevant theory and examples material in the world, as the basis of study, this article deployed the conservation condition of the historic district in Tianjin, and finally puts forward some points of thinking:Give full play to the role of the urban planning; Set up a government guidance, multiple implementing subject pattern; Encourage public participation; Establish special funds.
