China is a big agricultural country. According to the sixth national census, the populationin rural is674.150.000which accounted50.32%of the total. The rural economy in China hasbeen developing at a high speed since the policy of China Reformation and Opening was made.Along with carring out-depth of the new rural construction and conservation-oriented society,the large numbers of the rural buildings are improved and replaned at the same time. People paymore and more attention on the energy and construction of rural energy problems.Through the investigation to the actuality of rural residence and the energy efficiency levelin Sanyang Village Ma’anshan City, Anhui Province, the author got the acquaintance of therural residence’s constructing condition and buildings’s energy consumption and measures tothe interior, so that the rural building in Sanyang was optimized from aspects of planning design,shape coefficient and energysaving design. In addition, Life Cycle assessment methodology isused to analysis the economical efficiency of energy efficient technology. Finally, the measuresof energy efficiency were simulated through DeST-h, and house reconstruction has its ownadvantages by improving shape and envelope of the building.The conclusion of the thesis can guide the constructing of residences, and play agreat rolein building energy-saving of Sanyang region. By adopting feasible technical measures andtaking comprehensive building energy-saving measures, the better satisfied comfort and betterusing effcet can be obtained in Sanyang area of Ma’anshan City.
