| The vortex pump is a kind of impurity pump. It has the advantages of simple structure,good performance of wear resistance and non-jam. It’s often made to transport the sewage andmixed liquid which contains large grain and suspending fiber. With the development ofeconomy, the vortex pumps which has unique function and structure are widely used in thefields of industry such as chemical engineering, paper making, the mineral mountain aquaticproducts, etc.The main problems which appeared in the study of vortex pump are long developmentdesign cycle, low efficiency and the impeller suffered wear and tear seriously. So how toshorten the development cycle, improve the efficiency and reduce the wear and tear of impellerare the urgent problems need to be solved. Therefore, in the process of vortex pump design, forthe demand of solve the main problems, the vortex pump CAD system, CFD numericalsimulation and structure analysis of impeller have great theoretical significance and practicalvalue. The main research content of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Based on the design method of the three elements of vortex pump and the basic designtheory of speed factor method, for the need of parametric design, the vortex pump hydraulicdesign are achieved.(2) For the needs of shortened the development cycle of the vortex pump, by using thesoftware of SolidWorks and the tools of VBA, set up the CAD system for the core componentof vortex pump. Firstly, according to method of feature modeling, establish the models ofimpeller and volute by using SolidWorks, and then use the way of dimension-driven parametricmodeling, we get the parametric Three-dimensional model by using the tools of VBA.(3) To solve the problems of low efficiency and impeller suffered wear and tear seriously,completed internal flow field’s numerical simulation of vortex pump by using the CFDsoftware FLUENT. And then changed the structural parameter of vortex pump, got the differentpressure and velocity distribution in different structural parameters, researched theperformance of the structure parameters of vortex pump. The research provides guidance foroptimal design.(4) Based on the theory of "fluid-solid" coupling analysis and the platform of ANSYSWorkbench, which provides collaborative simulation environment, completed the impellerstructure strength analysis and solved the problem of local severe wear of impeller. The resultsof strength analysis provide guidance for optimal design of impeller. |
