The main purpose of Static and dynamic analysis of bus frame is to obtain thestress and deformation state of the vehicle, to test the body structure is reasonableor not, and thus targeted to improve and optimize the structure.In this paper, a three-axis low floor large bus frame from the static and modalfinite element analysis to identify the possible problems in the actual operation, andthus optimize the body structure to eliminate hidden dangers.The content includes:First of all, the analysis of the structural characteristics of the bus, accordingto UG three-dimensional model of the bus, in the ANSYS analysis software toestablish a three-dimensional geometric model. According to the structuralcharacteristics of the body frame, to determine the cell type, and determine theactual load and boundary conditions, the formation of the bus body structure finiteelement model.Then, determine the static calculation of the four typical operating conditions:bending working conditions, reversing the working conditions, a sharp turnconditions and emergency braking conditions, the body frame structure, the finiteelement stiffness and strength analysis to identify the weaken links in the design,to provide the appropriate basis for the model design.Finally, the bus body frame modal analysis, natural frequencies andcorresponding mode shapes, to understand the vibration characteristics of the frameto guide the body design and engine vibration characteristics of the design.
