| With the development of computer technology, products design method makes furtherprogress, and the cycle of product novation has been shortened greatly, and the speed of productresearch and development has become the key to the market competition. The disadvantage intraditional processing method was low speed and high costs, as well as low level in formingprecision and size accuracy. Complex modeling designed products can’t even be manufactured, which result in not only reducing the product design and development speed but high cost.Rapid prototyping technology can quickly and accurately create complex models and parts, andit can make up the deficiency of the traditional method, and it has advantages such as variety ofshaping materials, low cost, small volume, pollution-free. In the future, rapid prototyping areahas very good prospects, and it can provide reliable tools for product design prototypesimulation, also accelerate the pace of product distribution through the market, while it hassome problems about shaping quality. The design and create of the tourist souvenirs is acombination process of technology and art, so it should play material’s function and forms ofaesthetic expression based on the laws of science and technology. Tourism product design hadrich content and the speed of products distribution through the market should be as quickly aspossible. The design and creation of the tourist souvenirs is a combination process oftechnology and art, so it should play material’s function and forms of aesthetic expression basedon the laws of science and technology. Rapid prototyping technology application can meet themarket to the requirements of the speed. In this paper, methods of literature, experiment method, testing analysis method of studywere mainly applied. First of all, the design of the tourism products manufacturing process wasconsidered as an opportunity to eliminate the main defects of melting type deposition (FDM)molding technology. The von berg system scheme was put forward to enhance molten typedeposition surface quality, and to achieve the methods to improve the precision and reducesurface roughness. Then based on rapid prototyping technology, the structures used in thetourism products, including square structure, cylindrical structure, the circular structure, trianglestructure, shell structure, the frame structure, complex structure form of polygons, are studied. And we can concludes the methods and disciplines which can be used in the molding of varietyof body structure process and main error solution; Then the von berg system post-processingmethod, reach the effect of rapid prototyping and improve the function of the tourism productsare deeply discussed and researched; Final with two models of tourism product developmentdesign and the shaping experiments, we can know how rapid prototyping technology toimprove the efficiency of design in tourism product design. After the rapid prototyping precision FDM research, The main reason for FDM rapidprototyping step errors is decided by the surface layer thickness, the angles between the surfacenormal of the model and flat surfaces, and the size of the model. The step errors increasequickly when the angle is between0~60but more slowly when the angle is between60~90.Step errors will not increase anymore almost when α is in close to90. By optimizing thethickness and the processing of the direction of layered choice, the influence that step effectimposed on the model surface quality can be effectively reduced. The physical model madeaccording to the blueprint can illustrate the concept of the design directly, carry on functional tests, man-machine analysis structure and assembly check prototype production test marketing, etc, in the application of rapid prototyping technology. It improves the speed by40%~65%, andsave the cost of materials by75%comparing the traditional processing. The surface quality canbe improved by20%~40%after the spraying post-processing. The application of rapidprototyping technology can also contributes to the realization of the design inspiration; changetraditional procedures and methods of tourism products design, and improve the speed rate andefficiency in product development. |
