Building energy consumption evaluation tools could be a judgment on energy use ofbuildings and the methods for building energy consumption evaluation tools play animportant role in establishing the evaluation system. European countries do a lot of researchon building energy consumption benchmarking methods; however we haven’t a sound systemon building energy consumption benchmarking as this need huge dataset of building energyconsumption and building energy consumption evaluation methods. This thesis establishes thebuilding energy consumption evaluation methods through the actual building energyconsumption dataset and finishes the building energy consumption tool in Beijing area.Multivariate linear-regression analysis method and SPSS software is used in thisbuilding energy consumption evaluation process, and energy consumption linear-regressionequation is established through the regression fitting to get a final result in the forth regression. After the regression fitting, the special equipment energy consumption corrects the result bythe nonlinear regression method and an application of energy consumption benchmarkingmodel on office buildings in Beijing area is presented. At last, the building energy efficiencyratio table is established according to the equation.TRNSYS is used to simulate an office building and analyze the impact factors by usingorthogonal experimental design method according to the energy consumption benchmarkingregression equation in office buildings. We also analyze the impact factors degree of energyconsumption for commercial buildings in Beijing. At last, the analysis on impact factors ofenergy consumption could be a judgment for benchmarking in multiple variable linearregression method and improve the accuracy of energy consumption benchmarking.
