Building energy conservation refers to reducing the energy losses and improving the energyefficiency on the process of building running. Thence, energy statistics and energy efficiencyanalysis of existing buildings is important for building energy conservation. On account of largearea, long runtime, intensive staff and equipment density, energy consumption of publicbuilding is much higher than residential buildings. There is high energy conservation potentialof the public buildings. Analysis of public-building energy consumption andenergy-conservation capacity has become a focus of building energy-saving research.Firstly, based on widely generalizing literature, the article summarizes the domestic andinternational study of building energy consumption survey, energy consumption simulation andinterrelated database technology. Then exhume the research direction from literature review andform the foundation for follow-up work.Organize the building energy consumption data collected by energy statistics and energyaudit. And on this basis, compare the energy consumption indicators of large-scale hotels,large-scale shopping malls and large-scale offices in Fujian region. In the three types of buildingconstructions, the malls has the highest energy consumption indicators, followed by the hotels,the consumption indicators of offices is the lowest. According to the data could obtain theconclusion: air conditioning and ventilation system is the largest energy consuming section ofbuilding energy-using system.Base on energy audits, energy-efficiency evaluation of air conditioning and energy densityanalysis of lighting of a typical office building, obtain the indicators of every energy consumingsection, air conditioning system economic performance and the lighting energy consumptiondensity. Moreover, get the conclusion: the design target of cooling capacity of air conditioningsystem are relatively larger; but, the economic performance indicators of air conditioning system(EERs, COP) can attain the national standard, the air-conditioning system is operating in theenergy-efficient state; the values of ECA, EERs, COP increase with cooling load raising, theair-conditioning system reach high energy-saving level then the load was high; the designindicators (energy consumption density) of lighting system is higher than the value of national energy efficiency standards, but the measured value below the national standard value after therenovation of lighting system, the lighting operating efficiency is in higher levels. According tothe results of testing and analysis, provide some recommendation for the energy-saving leak ofthe building.Then, select39hotel building as the analysis samples, select8factors which closely relateto building energy consumption, such as construction area, amount of berth, power of airconditioning type, as the initial independent variables, select the building energy consumption asthe inspection object, adopt the technology of principal component analysis and multipleregression analysis, use the statistical analysis software SPSS, obtain the energy consumptionmodel of hotel building in Fujian region. The model is accurate and effective through statisticaltests and practice tests. Establishing the energy-consumption model provides a reference forpredicting the energy consumption of under construction or renovation hotel building.Finally, present the designing process of the building energy consumption database inFujian province, such as choosing the database managing tools, requirements analysis, logicstructure designing and so on. The database adopt SQL Server2005as the management tool, thebuilding information and energy consumption data could be input by building owners oradministrators. The database is also provided with some statistical analysis function. The"Building energy information management system of Fujian Province" which based on theabove-mentioned database has been put into operation for more than one year in good condition.This system has complete functions, and is prone to operate.
