A single-mode piezoelectric motor of multi-vibrators, by adopting radial vibration mode. Piezoelectric motor of multi-vibrators excitation by electric field and phase space orthogonal to the orthogonal mode superposition, which eventually produce elliptic vibration on the surface of elastomer particle, essentially type of coupling incentive of orthogonal electric field.In this paper, mainly proceed to the research on driving system of single-mode piezoelectric motor of multi-vibrators. The vibration mode of the multi-vibrators of single mode piezoelectric motor are selected. The multi-physics field software COMSOL Multiphysics considering the vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator in the process of electricity-phonon coupling analysis, establish the piezoelectric vibrators’s analysis model in multi-physical software. Experimental verification can justify the use of multi-physics software COMSOL Multiphysics can analysis any shape of the piezoelectric materials, calculation of accurate, a new approach of for the future for the analysis of the piezoelectric. Based on DSP-controlled driven the multi-vibrators piezoelectric motor’s oscillator circuit, realize the requirements of frequency, phase are adjustable,The feasibility of experimental verification of the theory.
