With the rapid development of data acquisition system, CCD camera in industry, military figures, aerospace, medical care and other fields is playing more and more important role, Such as intelligent monitoring, image collection, mobile communications, industry control, etc. Data acquisition system is toward the high rate, high capacity direction, in which transmission interface and data processing technology is a critical impact on the speed of data transmission. So the CCD digital camera data transmission interface and acquisition and processing to have the important meaning direction,This paper first studied several common interface way of the camera. Focus on the Camera Link Camera interface. Adopted FPGA as the core in processing chip and based on Camera Link interface image acquisition plan. Hardware and software design for the image acquisition system. The system which include receiving module, the data cache module, the data cache module, serial communication and median filtering and median filtering to do the simulation Realize the camera control, image cache and processing, etc.
