Effects Of Construction Organization Design On The Project Cost Of Municipal Road Construction

With the development of the national economy and the speeding up ofurbanization, the scale of infrastructure construction in various cities has continuouslyexpanded. The government has allocated a lot of money for municipal roadconstruction. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the cost control ofmunicipal road construction.Due to the characteristics of municipal road construction, it is influenced andrestricted by various internal and external factors in various stages and links.Currently, most construction enterprises pay more attention to the advantage oftechniques, the application of new techniques, as well as the guarantee of theconstruction quality and period for the project, but ignore the importance ofconstruction organization design in reducing the construction cost.First, the recent research progress in construction organization design and theproject cost control at home and abroad is reviewed and the relevant theories aresummarized. From the characteristics and cost structure of municipal roadconstruction and the existing problems on construction cost control, factors affectingconstruction cost are analyzed by combining theoretical analysis with engineeringcase studies and the principle of construction cost control is proposed. In terms ofconstruction organization design, the effects of construction organization design onthe construction cost are analyzed. Based on construction organization designoptimization, the measures of cost control are proposed, which include theoptimization of construction preparation, construction general layout, constructionprogress, construction methods and resource allocation plan. Finally, some usefulconclusions are drawn and the relevant suggestions are presented.
