The Inertial Vibrating Shakeout has been researched in this paper. On theplatform consisting of finite element software LS-DYNA, HyperMesh andkinematic ADAMS, the finite element model for the Shakeout framework andsand box would be built, to analyze dynamic character of the shakeout, and totopology optimize the Shakeout framework so as to reduce its mass. The maincontents are as following:Building the finite element model for the shakeout framework and sandbox by HyperMesh, it would be imported into the general nonlinear dynamicanalyzing software LS-DYNA by using the method of command stream, thenset the contact-impact between the shakeout framework and sand box, analyzethe impact stress, and check the statistic according to Mises yield criterion, tofind out the framework’s weak part when in operation.Building the simulation analyzing model for Inertial Vibrating shakeoutby ADAMS, the framework is connected to the ground by the spring tosimulate the machine movement. The rigid body dynamics theory would beapplied to make the kinematic simulation of the impact between theframework and sand box. It was concluded that the movement of shakeout isnonlinear, and proved the movement situation from the angle of finite element.Adopting two different optimizing schemes to topology optimizing theframework by HyperMesh, according to the results analyzing, it wasconcluded that the optimizing scheme is rational, thus giving the suggestion ofthe frame structure improvement.
