The computer based interlocking system equipment of station is veryimportant which does matter with the rail operation safety. As an main controlequipment of railway station,it play an important role in ensuring trafficsafety, increasing working efficiency and improving people’s workingconditions. With the development of modern electronics, the affection ofEMC surroundings and computer based interlocking system to the safetyrequirement of railway technical equipment is increasing.To use credibleEMC measures in the very beginning of equipment design, and use the rightEMC standards for measurement and evaluation, is a very important link toguarantee the normal and reliable running of railway technical equipment.Based on the analysis of the function and structure requirement ofTYJL-ADX computer based interlocking system, this paper analyses the EMIsource, determines the EMC measures, and introduces for detail the lightingprotecting, filtering, grounding and shielding methods used in this system.This paper also introduces the EMC test items and the report taken byauthoritative EMC Organization in May,2011, to show that these EMCmethods are effective.It has been found that thinking about EMC matter from the verybeginning of design is most economic and effective. The purpose of this paperis to provide some ideas for signaling equipment designers, to meet for theincreasing EMC requirement in Railway industry.
