Research And Evaluation On Safety Management Of Engineering Workshop

Along with the unceasing deepening of the railway reforms as well as theexpansion of engineering workshop’s scale, the management of workshop safetyhas become increasingly difficult. As a result of continuous increase ofunforeseen accident and equipment failure, the ability of the workshop safetycontrol should be enhanced. And the safety situation of engineering workshop is ofgreat importance to the normal operation of railway. Therefore, an important topicconcerned with how to evaluate and analyze the safety management situation ofengineering workshop is worth to state. In this thesis, based on the relative at home andabord research achievement of evaluation of safety management, the theory andmethods of safety management evaluation is researched. The main work includes thefollowing interrelated parts:First, the theory of research of safety evaluation technology is discussed.The concept and the process of safety evaluation are introduced. Besides, thepursuant rule and standard are analyzed and stated, and the type of safetyevaluation index is researched.Second, based on the statistical analysis of over several years’s workshopaccident and equipment failure, the major factor of cause of workshop accident isstated. And the step of safety management evaluation is put forward. Furthermore, onthe basis of accident causing analysis, the system of workshop safety evaluation isestablished.Third, in light of analysis and contrast the safety ecaluation methods, the merit anddemerit of each method are analyzed, and the model of synthetic safety evaluation ismade, which proposed that the safety check table be adopted to quantify evaluationindex; statistical probability analysis to determine the weight of each index.Finally, the workshop of YanLiang is taken as an example to test and verifythe method of safety management evaluation.And the corresponding measuresare Proposedproposed to enhance the workshop safety on the basis of the evaluationresult.
