| With the continuous development of national economy, crude oilenergy problem has been paid more and more attention. In order tooptimize crude oil exploration and production efficiency and measurethe efficiency of production of oil, the steam quality flow must bedetected timely and accurately.The steam quality flow is a technical problem of gas-liquidtwo-phase flow detection. And the steam quality flow meter wasdesigned to detect difficulties of the presence combined with the actualdemand based on the steam quality flow.This paper introduced the meaning and purpose of the steamquality flow meter, and the background and current status related to thisresearch in domestic and foreign countries is also proposed. Themeasurement methods of steam quality flow, measurement model and Vcone flowmeter were studied. Double V cone steam quality flow modewas put forward and revisedaccording to the steam quality flowdetection problem, and the influence factors of the outflow coefficient Cwas analyzed at last.The overall design plan of steam quality flow meterwas proposed according to this research.The functions of instrumenthardware circuit design were introduced, which includes the followingdesignings: analog circuit, GPRS communication module, ZigBeecommunication module, and liquid crystal display module.Theinstrument software designings were introduced, including: softwaredesigning and overall planning, designing of the main program, analogacquisition program, program of GPRS module, ZigBee module program, program of LCD display and real time clock program. Thetests of the steam quality flow meters were introduced, which includethe steam quality flow meter experimental data and communicationfunction and other tests mainly, and the gauge error was analyzed.Atlast, the research was summarized. |
