Comparison Of China And Laos Architecture Undergraduate Education System

Laos, is neighboring to China, but two countries have many different, forexample the population, the country land area and the level of economic development.Although two countries does not have common language, but we still have similar inblack hair and yellow skin of Asians. Cultures of the two countries are very similar.Two countries are good neighbors, but also the same of the socialist system and infrequent contacts with the two countries. Laos also benefit from China’s help in theeconomic and showing fast growth. Both two countries attach great importance to thenational higher education. In recent years, has a timely adjustment and reform ofhigher education system. It is because of the higher education system effect by thenational political system, economic system and scientific and cultural factors. It mustbe coordinated with the political, economic, and cultural system. Otherwise, it isdifficult to play its role in the socio-economic development, and will suppress ofhigher education development and various social functions. Therefore, this articlespecifically discussed the similarities and differences between the China and Laos inthe higher architectural education system, for example of Tianjin University and theNational University of laos.As I had a five years study life of undergraduate study and two years of graduatelife in Tianjin University School of Architecture, a better understanding of the TianjinUniversity. Tianjin University is on behalf of the domestic architecture ofundergraduate teaching. Therefore, Tianjin University undergraduate architecturaleducation as the research object and will compared and analyzed with Laosarchitecture undergraduate education. I collect a lot of information and have a deepexperience and feelings during my study in Tianjin University. On the other hand, Ialso accumulated a lot of information on the development and history of buildinginstitutions in Laos. This article’s analyzes included both sides the history ofarchitectural education, curriculum, teaching characteristics and the others. All ofthese compared with National University of laos. the Department of Architecture,both of them have similarities and there are a lot of different. Through thesecomparisons and analysis, can more clearly understand the needs and future directionof development of the Laos architecture.
