With the rapid development of economy in s area,there are more and more enterprises in s area,which makes the power consumption pressure of power grid more and more big.The power grid is formed by the combination of various parts.Among these components,the pressure of 10kV distribution is growing faster and faster than other components,and the operation environment of distribution network is becoming more and more complex.The distribution network in s area is directly under the jurisdiction of the distribution network dispatching team of s power supply company.Due to the increasingly complex operation mode of distribution network,various risks emerge in the process of distribution network dispatching operation,which also affects the normal operation of the distribution network to a certain extent.Once the fault occurs,it will cause large economic losses and large-area power outage.Relevant literature shows that about 40%of power accidents are caused by misoperation of distribution network dispatching.Therefore,if we want to ensure the normal operation of distribution network and reduce the occurrence of risk accidents in s area,we need to deal with the risk management problems in the operation process of distribution network dispatching.On the premise of fully understanding the operation risk of distribution network dispatching of s power supply company,the risk management research is carried out to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and reduce the loss and harm caused by risk.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of the risk management of distribution network dispatching operation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and methods;then it introduces the process and method of risk and risk management,and identifies the potential risk with reasonable risk identification method;finally,it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk,and establishes a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model On this basis,the fuzzy matrix is established and the risk assessment results are obtained.The results show that the risk level of distribution network dispatching operation risk management of s power supply company is high,and it is necessary to reduce the risk through scientific and reasonable risk management methods.According to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis of the weight of each factor,according to the specific situation of personal injury risk,equipment damage risk,power grid security risk and management risk,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Scientific,reasonable and effective control is carried out from different angles to improve the reliability of distribution network dispatching operation and reduce the possible risks in the process of distribution network dispatching operation Probability,optimization of s power supply company distribution network operation risk management.
