Electric power communication network is an important infrastructure of power system, runs through each link in the production of electric power industry, the construction of electric power communication network relationship to the power grid of high quality, safe and economic operation, provides powerful guarantee for power grid dispatching automation and management modernization of operation. Rural electric power communication network is an important component of the electric power communication network, under the background of strengthening construction of rural electric power communication network in the SGCC, this paper is based on the present situation of Langfang Dachang power supply company electric power communication network, to study of the construction of electric power communication network for Dachang power supply company.According to the present status of high voltage distribution network, middle-voltage and low voltage distribution network, the problems of distribution network were analyzed. The need of distribution business was analyzed. Introduces the Ethernet passive optical network (EPON), wireless communication technology and Power Line Communication technology, Through the comparison and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of these communication network technology, EPON technology was used to middle-voltage distribution network to network construction, and laying ADSS on the corresponding line, made to form a ring of optical fiber of EPON physical layer, to achieve secure of communication network. In the low-voltage distribution network used TD-LTE230 technology to construct wireless private network to cover the Dachang. Through needs analysis of the number of terminals and environmental test, four base station site were selected to construct wireless private network, covering the entire county. Finally, the performance was analyzed.The construction of electric power communication network of Dachang power supply company provided a transmission channel for the distribution automation, intelligent area, electricity information acquisition and other related business, electricity information acquisition communication coverage increased significantly, the research of this paper may provide reference for the construction and optimization of other county electric power communication network.
