Research On The Risk Management In The Construction And Running Processes Of F Reservoir Project

The Project Risk Management was introduced into china in nineteen-eighties, andgradually applied to the construction and run processes of many large projects, whichcompress much on china’s economy and social development. And the application of theProject Risk Management benefitted the society and economy much. But most of thecompanies in china are still short of the knowledge about the Project Risk Management,and so have no special organization of Risk Management. The Project Risk Management ismore and more important for the company in china, with the construction market of thechina being more open to foreigner, and the investor being more multiplex, and the projectand management being larger and more complex. And how to keep away from and controlrisks becomes the crucial factor for the projects’ successful implementing.Taking F reservoir project as a example, this paper introduces the whole process ofthe Project Risk Management. Basing on the project implementing order, the wholeprocess of the project implementation, and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), thispaper identifies all the risk factors of the F reservoir project, with the flow method, thestatistic method, and the check list method. Then, it analyzes the internal and externalconditions, which impress crucially on the engendering, the development, and theterminating of the risk factors that engendered in the process of construction and run. Afterthat, it evaluates all the risk factors, and raises a series of measures to keep away from andcontrol these risk factors, so as to ensure the project construct favourably and run normally.The systemic analyze method and process of this paper, and the measures to keep awayfrom and control the main risk factors of the F reservoir project, may offer someconsultation for similar project’s risk management later.
