Research On Risk Management Of L Reservoir Construction Project Based On Full Life Cycle

The social and economic benefits of the reservoir project are significant,but the large general investment,the long construction period,the complicated technology,the construction methods and the restraint factors are affected by many objective conditions,such as technology,market,economy,management and environment.Because of them,the construction and economic benefits have great unpredictability and randomness.In addition to the current imperfection of our insurance system,there is still a big risk in terms of the reservoir project.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk management of reservoir project.Based on the comprehensive review of current situations of project risk researches at home and abroad,this paper expounds relevant contents of project risk management.This paper first identifies the risk of the reservoir infrastructure project,divides the reservoir infrastructure project into the preliminary decision stage,the implementation preparation stage and the construction stage,and analyzes the risk factors in each stage.In the aspects of completeness,simplicity,sensitivity,objectivity and consistency under the principle of the index construction system,this paper establishes a risk evaluation index system for the reservoir infrastructure project.Secondly,through the risk identification of reservoir infrastructure projects,this paper draws the advantages of AHP,gray system theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method so as to establish the risk evaluation model and risk node evaluation model of reservoir infrastructure project,and verify the validity and accuracy of the model through case analysis.Finally,based on the risk evaluation model established by the reservoir infrastructure project,this paper constructs the corresponding risk management system and puts forward the control strategy for the decision-making stage,the preparation stage,the implementation stage and the operation stage,so as to be able to provide a specific reference method for the risk management work of reservoir infrastructure project.This paper takes reservoir project L as an example to analyze the risk for whole life cycle,developing the evaluation index system of reservoir engineering construction project.It not onl y enrichs the reservoir projectrisk management content,but also provides a new development r oad of the reservoir engineering construction project,which has a certain practical significance.
