| As an important national infrastructure project,the reservoir construction project has important value in many fields such as power generation,flood control and irrigation.At the same time,the reservoir construction project has the characteristics of large investment,long cycle,high technology and complex process,which are affected by political,economic,natural,technical,organizational and other factors.In recent years,with the increasing number of reservoir construction projects in China,the whole society pay more and more attention to risk management in the construction process.Risk management has become an indispensable part in the process of reservoir construction.The L reservoir construction project is a water conservancy infrastructure project implemented to ensure the development of the local national economy,improve local industrial and agricultural production and domestic water conditions,and improve the living standards of the local people.The smooth implementation of the project is very important.Therefore,taking L reservoir as the research object,this thesis studies the risks existing in the process of reservoir construction,and formulates corresponding countermeasures based on the risk evaluation method.Firstly,by consulting relevant literature,this thesis preliminarily identifies the risks of the project,and uses the method of expert interview to re-identify the project risks,as a result,this thesis obtains 5 types of risks,a total of 21 risk factors,and makes a brief analysis about the risks and factors.Then based on the 21 risk factors obtained from literature research,this thesis scores them quantitatively with the method of expert scoring.At the same time,the thesis uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the overall risk and various risk factors of the project,and comes to the conclusion that risk management is needed due to the high overall risk of the project.At the same time,the importance ranking of each risk factor is obtained,and then 13 important risks of the project are determined and analyzed by using Pareto analysis method.Finally,according to the ranking of risk factors and following the basic principles of risk response,this thesis develops countermeasures for the important risks of the project,which reduces the cost and loss of the project,so as to ensure the smooth implementation and timely completion of the project.To sum up,this thesis studies the risk management of L reservoir from three aspects:literature research,project risk assessment and development of countermeasures,which provides a theoretical basis for the risk management of L reservoir construction project.At the same time,it also has a certain reference and reference significance for similar reservoir construction projects. |
