According to the data shows,currently, the construction quantity of branch networks surge, large amount ofinvestment, and it has become large fixed charge of bank. To determine the reasonablecost of the network construction and control effectively is a bank must consideringquestion. But banks are not special cost management institutions, together with the lackof emphasis for the cost management of branch network’ decoration engineering and theown characteristics of decoration project brings difficulty to cost management, makingthe cost management of bank branch network’ decoration engineering in the lower level,the existing management methods fadein malady, the final cost formation is lack ofauthenticity, accuracy and rationality. So researching the question of cost managementof branch network’ decoration engineering, forming a set of cost management method tobank branch network’ decoration engineering. And through the analysis of actual case todemonstrate to improve present cost management and the necessity and rationality ofWhole Process Cost Management.This paper’ study results indicated future development direction of costmanagement of branch network’ decoration engineering, and will be also can providehelp for reference to standard cost management of branch network’ decorationengineering, and laid the theoretical basis for related research in the future.
