Research On Project Cost Management Of Zc Agricultural And Commercial Bank Science And Technology Building Based On Value Engineering

Cost control is an indispensable part of the growth of construction companies and the mission of project management.However,many domestic enterprises have not yet established advanced and scientific cost management concepts.There are some problems such as backward cost management means and poor management effect.The proposition of value engineering provides new methods and ideas for enterprise cost management.This paper attempts to apply this management method to the process of project cost management,and provides theoretical reference for cost management of construction enterprises in China.This paper obtains the application method of value engineering through literature survey,and applies it to ZC Agricultural and Commercial Bank Science and Technology Building project,to build a cost management model based on value engineering.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current cost management,value engineering and other related theories,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the full text research content;secondly,it summarizes the current situation of the project cost management of ZC Agricultural and Commercial Bank Science and Technology Building,and explores the existing problems of the project cost management;secondly,it constructs the project cost management model based on value engineering,and applies it to ZC Agricultural and Commercial Bank.Cost control of science and technology building project.Finally,the project cost control scheme is put forward in order to optimize the management level,and the technical and economic benefits obtained are checked accurately and objectively.Through this study,we can see that ZC Agricultural and Commercial Bank Science and Technology Building project cost management problems are as follows:lack of effective cost forecasting and cost planning,lack of sound material and machinery management system,lack of optimal selection of construction scheme,lack of perfect management system,backward management ideas.The application of value engineering in the project target cost determination,material and machinery procurement scheme and organization design scheme selection of ZC Agricultural and Commercial Bank Science and Technology Building shows that the method has achieved good application results at the technical level,economic level and social level.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the expenditure and investment of the construction industry,to achieve the desired results at the lowest cost,to bring a broader profit margin,to take into account the benefits,quality and time,and to affirm the role of value engineering in cost control.
