Low Energy Consumption Design Strategy Of Public Building Envelope In North China

In recent years due to the energy shortage，energy problem in the world got the widespreadconcern. Our country has faced more and more serious energy crisis. With the rapid developmentof urbanization and the unceasing enhancement of people’s living standard, constructionindustry will be first place of energy consumption,and low energy consumption building designwill be the first aspect of improving the energy utilization rate of the whole society.Our country is a big energy consumption country， the proportion of building energyconsumption has been incresing year by year. In China,the number of public building is thelargest, and is the major energy consumers. The space enclosing structure of public buildingplays an important role in building energy saving, To make reasonable design of buildingenvelope will reduce the energy consumption significantly. This article will analyse thecharacteristics of the public building energy consumption, presents the design measures aboutthe space enclosing structure of office building targetedly, to expect as the reference of energysaving design.The full text is divided into four parts.At the first, introduce related concepts by browsingRelevant literatures and the web information, then interpretat the main theoretical knowledge andresearch status of low energy consumption building,north China,public building andenvelope.The second, discusses the design requirements for north China public buildingenvelope from the Building physics environment’s thermal environment, light environment,sound environmentuser’s and personal feelings. The third, according to the differentcharacteristics of the four parts of building envelope:solid walls, roof, outside window, glasscurtain wall，put forward the suitable for north China.At last, all the design strategy has beenoptimizedly combined by example analysis sand computer simulation,then we can sum up thewhole design strategy of north China public building envelope.
