As a construct which isolates the indoor space from the outdoor environment, the building envelope has many factors affecting thermal performance. And its energy efficiency has always been a research hotspot in the field of building energy consumption. The energy-saving measures of building envelope mainly include the following two aspects: one is to enhance the insulation of the fabric, reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope and reduce the energy loss caused by heat transfer;the other is to improve the airtightness of the envelope, including the airtightness of windows reduce energy loss caused by air penetration. After the building is put into operation, the building envelope is subjected to wind, rain and solar radiation, and its thermal performance often differs from the design standards. Therefore, taking the hot summer and cold winter region as an example, this thesis selects four buildings to measure and analyze the thermal performance of the building envelope, and studies the influence of the thermal performance of the envelope on the building energy consumption through software simulation.Primarily, field tests were conducted to collect the relevant data of the four buildings. The airtightness test of Blower Door was carried out to measure the air tightness of the building. At the same time, the air-tightness of windows were measured by on-site blower window method.Means of the Hotbox-Heat Flow meter method was used to test the heat transfer coefficient of the wall.According to the measured results, the series of factors that affect the airtightness of the envelope is listed. The relationship between the actual performance of the air-tightness of window and the expected performance is verified, and the influencing factors of the air-tightness of window are analyzed. The deviation of the wall heat transfer coefficient from the design value are pointed out. Then the energy consumption simulation tool Energy Plus was used to simulate the energy consumption of the building. The effects of the window air tightness, the wall heat transfer coefficient, the building shading, and the building air tightness on the overall energy consumption of the building were analyzed. Finally, the orthogonal experiment is used to design the simulation scheme. The method of analyzed for variance was used to obtain the main factors which influence the building energy consumption.Meanwhile, the optimal combination scheme of the building envelope design parameters is obtained. In this thesis, the results of field tests show the on-site thermal performance of building envelopes in hot summer and cold winter areas, which can better help understand the building fabric performance gap,and the best combination scheme of building envelope. There are more than 46000 word,53 diagrams and 46 illustrations.
