Research On The Landscape Planning And Design Of The Characteristic Urban Slow Space

With the rapid development of globalization and the high-speed propulsion ofurbanization, urban transport "chronic illness" is deteriorating, people began to reflecton the heavy machine light non urban traffic design which is a common problem, andcalls for the return of the slow moving traffic: return to the extraordinary good things,return to the familiar atmosphere of life, return to our friendly slow space. However,in the slow moving transport system planning, it is more in favor of the transportationfield practice, focusing on the transport function to achieve. However, the concept ofpeople’s lives are changing, increasingly focused on improving the quality of life,pressing more leisure, recreation and fitness. If given beautiful landscape image,itwill be beneficial to increase the attractiveness of the slow traffic,and create a pleasantspace for more vitality and vigor.In addition, with the "Great Leap Forward" of the urbanization, more and morecharacteristics of the city is swallowed by the endless GDP desire, resulting functionalconvergence and a single image. Combined with urban characteristics and advantagesof resources to optimize the landscape and environmental planning and design, it cannot only ease traffic congestion, improve the living environment, highlighting thecity’s character, but also is the dual expression of practical value and aesthetic value.As a starting point,we collect the landscape theoretical research and practicalcase outlines on slow moving traffic system at home and abroad, and summarize theadvanced experience. First, we need to analyze the attributes of landscape of thecharacteristic slow space, and then follow the steps to clear the content framework oflandscape planning. Next, we need to explore specific methods to of the landscapeplanning and design, including the slow space which have natural ecologicalfeatures, historical and cultural characteristics or artificial environmentalcharacteristics.Based on the above, combined with Macheng City, we bring forward somespecific recommendations for optimization. Considering its problems, deficienciesand potential,we extract the urban characteristic landscape resource. For lineselection and adjustment of the slow space, we study on how to combine theadvantage of these resources measures. At last, we put forward some optimizedvision for the typical roads which have different characteristics.
