In recent years, with the rapid development of highway construction, Shaanxi, Gansuand other provinces, there has been a large number of high loess slope. Because of specialtopography, soil properties, lead to the formation of landslides and collapses after slopeexcavation. In addition, serious spalling and erosion of the loess slope, these affect the safeoperation of the highway.In this study, based on the projects that Analyses and countermeasures of theTongchuan-Huangling road high loess slope and science and technology issues in thewestern traffic loess area highway slope protection technology research. Analysis of asystematic investigation of Shaanxi and Gansu has built roads high loess slope, Accordingto the conditions of the slope in which the topography and loess traits, High loess slopegrouped into six types of geological structure of the model. For different modes of thestructure, take a different slope design and preventive measures.Loess slope stability analysis, analysis of the stability of a variety of factors,compared to a variety of calculation results.
