| The combined maintenance truck of parapet is a new kind of road combined maintenancetrucks. The truck can clean the highway guardrails and the city guardrails, can clip gardens and green belts. With the growth of the highway mileage, a large number of roadcombined maintenance trucks will be demanded in the market. This article’s study object isthe combined maintenance truck of parapet. This article uses the digital design method basedon the product’s computer simulation model, uses the technical route combining the virtualprototype simulation analysis with the physical prototype experimental studies, bases on thefinite-element analysis and the mechanical system’s multi-body dynamics, builds analysisplatform using the Multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS and the finite elementanalysis software ANSYS and uses of3d modeling software Pro/E for collaborativesimulation design. This article plans to complete the following task.Complete the total design scheme according to the main technical requirements anddesigns principles about traffic facilities maintenance equipment of three-dimensional. Thisdesign uses medium-sized vehicles chassis which installed a water tank. The working deviceis front-mounted. People can help transform working status and work position while thehydraulic system can help adjust the working attitude and the work range. Using of3dmodeling software Pro/E, this design builds a virtual prototype entity model of the trafficfacilities maintenance equipment and does the interference analysis.This thesis simulates and analyzes a multi-body dynamic model of the traffic facilitiesmaintenance equipment through the transfer of data between software Pro/E and ADAMS,then gets main parameters kinematics and payload data of the virtualprototype(the payloaddata is useful for the finite-element analysis), realizes the kinematics analysis and dynamicsanalysis of the virtualprototype and the joint simulation analysis of hydraulic system.Using the analysis soft-ANSYS based on finite element theory, this thesis makes thestudy focus on the static analysis and dynamics analysis for the key structure of the trafficfacilities maintenance equipment.Process the physical prototype based on the performance analysis of virtual prototype.Verify the accuracy of the virtual prototype simulation analysis through the experimental studies and evaluate the performance of the whole machine and improvement optimization.In this thesis, the design procedures and analytical method of combined maintenancetruck of parapet are studies. This thesis can provide an important way for the designing ofcombined maintenance truck of parapet. |
