“Adjust measures to local conditions, according to need to design” is the developmenttrend of high grade road in the future. Combined with all kinds of different function of thenew road construction technology is helpful to build the most suitable, economical and saferoad engineering under different objective environments. Which really reflect the socialeconomic development idea culture of people-oriented, conservation of resources andenvironmental.This research is based on the actual highway construction situation in Hebei Province.According to ChengTang Highway construction, a typical asphalt pavement demonstrationproject is researched. Around the theme of “durability, resource conservation, environmentalprotection”, this project includes asphalt pavement durability research based on constructionquality and process control technology and Rosphalt asphalt pavement technology, theresource conservation pavement research based on the low-temperature asphalt mix andrubber asphalt technology, environmental protection pavement research based on OGFCtechnology. This research brings the integrated mature technologies into the front line ofinland highway construction applications, and efforts to solve the technical problems inChengTang highway construction. Through the transformation and integration of thetechnological achievements, through the technology demonstration and application research,the construction technology and management standard of ChengTang highway is greatlyimproved. The researching results have improved the highway construction in Hebei Provinceto a higher level, and also made healthy and sustainable developments for our transportationindustry.
