Since the preventive maintenance industry has been developed a lot in China,there exists a serious problem in this industry: a lack of preventive maintenancematerials, especially the fast-environment-friendly materials which has been one ofthe four major problems in the preventive maintenance industry today. In addition,the material properties and the construction technology of the pavement preventivemaintenance significantly influence the road maintenance life and capital investment.Scientific highway maintenance was put forward by " The Ministry of transport"Twelfth Five-Year" development planning" to promote the maintenance of theHighway Research. The new equipment, materials, technology and technologyresearch of the preventive maintenance were strengthened; the low-carbon,environmental protection, energy conservation was carried out; a complete set oftechnical standards system was formed by these efforts.Several fast, low-carbon, environmental-friendly and energy-efficient materialsof preventive maintenance have been developed combining the various factors withthe usage of preventive maintenance materials in this paper. Meanwhile, theirevaluation indexes, technical performance, and construction technology were studied.This paper employed ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the force situationand behavioral trend of the asphalt pavement sealant and filler-tank wall of cracksunder vehicle load, developing three types of sealant and filler products with differentcost and performance by exploring test and objective test, and also giving therespective application scope. Proposed the regeneration evaluation index cimbiningwith the index at home and abroad to meet the current needs in our country andexplored the quick drying regenerant products. Solved the incompatible problem ofsilicone and asphalt by test, selected on organic solution as solvent dissolve asphaltand developed two categories of environmental protection silicone fog seal material.Environmental and economic analysis of the three preventive maintenance materialswas also studied.
