Cement concrete has become the indispensable important material in the filedof the civil engineering,it has many advantages performance, and mature applicationtechnology.in civil engineering,concrete get a wide range of applications.However,cement concrete is a kind of inhomogeneous brittle materials,it has a low tensilestrength,and bad resistance to deformation ability.Especially for high strength concrete,high grade and high performance concrete has a bigger brittleness,they will bedamaged easier under the load such as stretching, bending, impacting and so on.Andalong with the rapid development of science and technology,in civil engineering, to allkinds of materials and concrete performance must have more and more highrequirements,apparently ordinary concrete has not met the engineering fieldrequirements.Therefore, through the improve cement concrete tensile strength andtoughness,so as to improve the durability of concrete has become an importantresearch direction of ameliorate concrete performance.Fiber reinforced concrete is a kind of cement-based composite materials,itcomposed of cement slurry,mortar or concrete base-materials and discontinuous shortfiber(metal fibre, inorganic fibers or organic fiber, etc.) or continuous long fiberreinforced-materials.Fiber has the very high tensile strength,and it hasdebond,pull-out,bridging,load transfer and other function in concrete,it can increaseconcrete ability of absorb energy, which can greatly improve the concrete crackresistance, toughness, impact resistance and fatigue strength.Brucite fiber reinforced concrete is a kind of cement-based compositematerials that add proportional brucite fiber to normal concrete.Brucite fiber has goodmechanical properties,alkali-resisting property,water dispersible and environmentalsafety,and it has good constructability and low cost.The article is mainly research of brucite fiber reinforced concrete on durability ofpavement performance.That including its material property(flexuralmodulus,compression modulus and dynamic elastic modulus),mechanical property (compressive strength,flexural strength,tensile splitting strength,flexural resistancefatigue strength)and other property(thermal expansion coefficients,low temperatureshrinkage coefficient,sulphate corrosion resistance,resistance to carbonizing and soon)under used different grade cement. Discusses the reason of fiber improve concreteproperties. The results of the research show that brucite fiber reinforced concrete28day’s flexural strength than ordinary concrete increased22.6%, splitting tensilestrength increased17.4%, and compressive modulus reduce16%, flexural modulus isordinary concrete’s38.7%, dynamic elastic modulus increased24%, thermal expansioncoefficients reducing24%,the performance of sulphate corrosion resistance increased10%, and has a longer fatigue life. Therefore, mixed with brucite fiber in ordinaryconcrete has the better durability of pavement performance.
