| Vehicle-pedestrian collision is relatively serious in our country, because of Chinesepeculiar road traffic conditions. In order to accurately identifying the incident, this paperstudies accident reconstructions technology about the breakage windshield glass. This papersimplified the vehicle-pedestrian collision model to the pedestrian head and windshieldcollision model. Through the reverse engineering method, this paper set up the wind windowmodel. Many head and windshield collision simulation were done by PAM-CRASH to get thepedestrian head collision speed. The speed of the accident vehicle was got by thetransformation formula. This paper mainly studied as follows:1) The influence of critical speed was studied in pedestrian-vehicle collision, exactlythe influence on the head and windshield collisions, through the crash simulation software.Critical speed of the head and windshield was reached in the accident, by define someparameters precisely.2) The pedestrian head and windshield collision model, which was introduced in thispaper. Through the reverse engineering method, this paper set up the wind window model. The material was confirmed based on the mechanical characters of PVB sandwich glass, thenestablish finite element method of windshield. The collision model of head and windshieldwas built on the modified head model in PAM-crash.3) The accident speed could be obtained by the simulation of the head and windshield’scollision, tested by the analytic equation of windshield sag collision speed, and the technologyof accident simulation and reconstructions exactly crash of the head and windshield, based onthe method of deformation and energy. The simulated result was account for character of thePVB sandwich glass and analysis the influence on the damage of head, from the impact ofdifferent windshield. The study funded by the National Road Traffic Safety Science and Technology ActionPlan Project (national science and technology support key projects) of “Road Traffic SafetyLaw Enforcement Technology and Application Scopeâ€(Numbers:2009BAG13A07). |
