Trailed concrete pump and truck-mounted concrete pump are most familiarpumping concrete equipment in constructional engineering. Due to longpumping distance of concrete、many elbow、big height fall and high frictioncoefficient of concrete self,there is large wear for the piping inpumping,especially elbow,which can effect pipe block and crack etc. badsistuation. So solving the problem that abrasion and breakage of elbow isproduced easily in the concrete pumping system,which is significant forprolonging the life of device, improving work efficiency and avoiding majorsafety accident.This article presented deep analysis for press distributing rule of elbowinner during pumping concrete and the improvement method of elbow design.Fristly,internal and exteral related theory and research actuality on material wearis introduced,in addition,the analysis for impaction factors of elbow wear ispresented from material and structure of elbow; based on the research of wearmechanism analysis and aim at the analysis strong nonlinear and non-continuity characteristic of non-continuity multiphase fluid in elbow of concrete pumping,analytical method of fitted non-continuity flow value simulation is presented;finally the improvement design of elbow structure is finished.Analysis result show that strike speed and angle between multiphase fluidand pipe surface are main factors of pipe wear. It’s impaction degree has directrelationship with pipe material and multiphase fluid particle etc. manyparameters. Continuity of fluid in multiphase flow pipe is good or not, whichhas big difference with pipe wear situation. In non-continuity flow,provisionality isolation of concrete flow is effected very easily, which is themain reason of the wear rate of rear half length elbow is higher than beforelength elbow in pumping system so much. Fitted non-continuity flow model isexplained the reason of concrete pumping elbow life under non-continuity flowsituation is lower than life of elbow under continuity flow situation exactly,redesign base of elbow structure is established.According to the design result, the life of piping can be prolonged bydifferent ways. For instance, proper reducing liquid flow rate、 pressuredifference and peak value of pressure by rigorous theory education and approximate exact fitted secondary and simulating thrice parabolic curve elbowstructure. The intention is improving wear resistance ability of elbow bychanging liquid fluid condition for trying to reduce energy consumption in fluidunder the situation of keeping flux invariableness.
