In the final assembly manufacturing stage of civil aircraft, as the datalink among the design, manufacture and etc., the process planning data isthe foundation of system information integration and sharing. In the MBDenvironment, the management mode that taking the three dimensionalmodel as a single data source enhanced the relevance between the data andbrought great convenience to the civil aircraft assembly process planningdata management. But it presents new challenges in how to make full useof the relevance between data, and maintain the consistency of the data.According to the insufficiency of research in MBD environmentcommercial field assembly process planning data dynamic relation, lack ofresearch in the data evolution and change propagation law among theengineering, process and suppliers in the civil aircraft final assemblyprocess planning process, the paper combined with the characteristics of3d final assembly manufacturing process and product data in civil aircraft,researched on the products semantic correlation model definition, processplanning semantic transmission and maintenance, and semanticconsistency verification of civil aircraft. The main content is as follows:(1) Based on the ontology to establish the civil aircraft assemblyprocess planning multi-level unified data definition model, transformed themanufacturing bill of material (MBOM) from a single structural to a softcombination structure, fully displayed the assembly structure, process,manufacturing resources, production management and other internal andmutual relationship. Based on the semantic network established theassembly process planning data correlation model and realized the association among local fields, and domain ontology top association,ensured data consistency maintenance related to the final assembly processplanning.(2) Taking the final assembly process planning data correlation modelas the foundation, established of assembly process planning data semanticmapping model to reveal the static relationship between product objects indifferent fields. According to the data model transfer characteristics in theMBD environment, established semantic change propagation model toreveal the dynamic relationship between product objects in different fields,which realized the accurate transfer of semantic information in the interdepartments, ensured product data integrity, consistency, validity andtracking property.(3) Analyzed the characteristics of the product data structure,established the check method of product semantic consistency, taken theBOM comparison as the core, put forward data consistency verificationprocess and algorithm, verified the consistency of data transfer in differentfields. According to the differences between the results of BOMcomparison, established no-processing knowledge base to filter differenceresults, realized the differences intelligent judgment.(4) According to the proposed theory method, based on product lifecycle management platform, developed the data management modeldefinition, engineering change management and data consistency checkmodule. It has been applied in a domestic large aircraft manufacturingcompany in the management of process data, and obtained a good effect.
