Research On Sharing Service Platform Of Reusable Containers Based On Auto Industry

Reusable container is an important factor that affects logisticsefficiency and cost in a company, especially in auto industry, the problem ofcontainer loss and damage is frequently crops up which causes seriousnegative impacts on production and operation in auto industry. At present,containers management becomes the main problem needed to be solved assoon as possible.This paper will summarize and analyze the current reusable containersmanagement models in auto industry firstly, then establish a theoreticalmanagement model aimed at existing problems in current reusablecontainers management model of one automobile manufacturing enterprise,which is sharing service platform of reusable containers; The structure anddetail operation process of the model also be designed in this paper.The next effort goes to analysis the cost of sharing service platform ofreusable containers by activity based cost analysis, then gets several factors.At last we take one automobile manufacturing enterprise and one3rd party logistics supplier as an example to analyze costs and benefits of sharingservice platform of reusable containers.In order to solve the problem of container lost and damage incontainers recycling process, this paper will define the containers recyclingsystem as two levels of closed-loop supply chain, and provide two methodsto improve collection effort. This paper also gets an optimal supplier chaincontract by analyzing the model.
