Design And Implementation Of The Platform Of Traffic GIS Sharing

With the development of the tech-information in the whole world, all countries have to pay much attention to the level of tech-information.The level is not only an important symbol to measure the modernization of a country,but also to indicate the power of a nation.Based on the computer network,the coming of the informatization has led each field and has been applied flexibly in various fields including earthquake,traffic,forestry,government,and school.Especially in traffic field which is the basis of the national economy,and an service industry.So promoting the construction of tech-information is the strategic choice to develop the modern transportation industry and construct the integrated systemNow,Guangdong Provincial Transportation Group Co. Ltd.(short for Transportation Group),as a large state-owned enterprise,has operated and managed dozens of highways,the mileage is 3063 km,the mileage will be 5000 km at the end of the 12 th Five Year Plan.The rapid development of the highways of Guangdong will bring more business and more information,and it needs much higher requirement for scientific management and policy decision.How to plan,unify the criterion,eliminate the Islands of information,share the highway data,develop the information of the highway fully,raise the level of the operation,decrease the operating costs,that have been the key problems in managing the highway business.This paper has did some researches based on the construction of GIS sharing service platform of Guangdong Provincial Transportation Group.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the current traffic information, according to data needs and functional requirements of the GIS service sharing platform in the transportation group. the author used the SOA architectural style and WEBGIS technology to design the overall architecture of the platform. The author used the spatial database technology to integrate the spatial data and attribute data,and used the GIS layer management mode to implement the data fusion between the basic geographic information data and the traffic thematic data. Finally, the author used the spatial database management tools to release data services and achieve the sharing.of information resourceThis paper main research results are as follows: 1. Based on the concept of SOA architecture, the author designs the overall architecture and function structure of GIS sharing service platform of Guangdong Provincial Transportation Group.. 2. The author uses the spatial database management tools which has been created to storage and update the the spatial data and so on. 3. Users can realize the map search, browse, map query, special services and so on by calling the data services. 4. In the construction of GIS service sharing platform, the author gives constructive ideas for some key skills.
