As the rapid development of the nation, it requires the method of how to grout in more and more engineering--foundation reinforcement, bridge reinforcement and the reparation of pavement. Along with the deterioration of environment and ground water,industrial wastewater rich in kinds of corrosive chemicals,such as the grouting long-term month in contact with the above types of groundwater concretion body will be demage or lose the ability of reinforced rock by chlorine salt,magnesium salt and other harmful material erosion,so the study researches on the rules about the Impermeability of cement paste has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the durability of the project.Put fly ash、silicon fume 、slag power and other mineral admixtures in net cement paste inprovre the inpermeability of cement paste was mature method. This paper takes the impermeability of cement paste as the object of this study which adopted the experimental methods of SS-15 type Permeability Tester mortar. Through the research of water-cement ratio, mineral admixtures single-doped and mixing with impact on the composite cement paste impermeability, we know the impermeability of the best mix of cement paste and studied the theory of gray system GM(1, 2) model to predict the height of penetration. The main results as follow:1.Study the mineral admixtures-cement compound system of cement paste impermeability.The results show that mineral adminxture-impermeability of cement compound system than the cement paste cement ratio of 0.6 conditions better impermeability.Wherein the silica fume –binary complex cement paste cement barrier properties than fly ash-cement binary compound of cement paste and slag powder-cement binary composite cement paste is good.When the volume fly of ash, silica fume and slag powder respectively are 15%、5%、40%, their impermeability of the composite cement paste achieve the best.2.Mineral admixture-cement ternary system of impermeability doped composite cement paste has increased significantly. The combination of silica fume-slag powder –cement ternary is the beat in trials ratio. The second is the combination of fly ash-slag powder-cement ternary system. The last is the combination of fly ash-silica fume-cement ternary system.3.Mineral admixtures of the four yuan composite system has the conspicuous improve to impermeability of the ternary system cement paste. The impermeability of composite slurry takes water-cement ratio 0.50, the dosage of fly ash 15%, silica fume 5% and slag powder 35% is the best. The effect of water-cement ratio is much notable than two methods admixed.4.Mineral admixtures multipartiles system than the impermeability of a component system is better, because the effect of mineral admintures in the form of ash effect, micro-aggregate composite effect and mineral admixtures use of their performance advantage due to the superimposed effect results.5.The original data is simulated by grey system theory GM(1,2) model, the error of its analog value and found is in the range of engineering applications. It has provided a new method with impermeability forecast.In summary,mixed with a certain amount of fly ash,silica fume and slag power and mineral admixtures in cement for inproving the impermeability of cement paste has a signicant role,but mineral admixtures-cement ternary system and puaternary compound system than inneral admixture-cement compound system inpermeability even better,which is the effect and micro-aggregates after the composite effect and complex use by the “super stack effect”results,in practical engineering applications can use the “super stack effect” to guide the application of the actual project has a certain significance.
