With the rapid development of the electronic products, the high precision,high level of integration, quality and reliability of the products are more andmore required. The cleanness of electronic parts is one of the important factorsaffecting the product quality eventually, so almost all electronic products are tobe cleaned to remove the surface dirt before assembly. The electronic connectorsare indispensable components of electronic products. its surface dirt willinfluence the signal transmission of the circuit and led to final product failure,so the cleaning of electronic connectors is an important process to ensure thequality of electronic products. In this thesis, on the basis of the electronicconnectors cleaning requirement, electronic connector ultrasonic vacuumcleaning technology and equipment is researched preliminarily.According to the cleaning characteristics of electronic connectors,ultrasonic vacuum cleaning method is selected, The preliminary study of theprinciple of the ultrasonic vacuum cleaning and a simple analysis of the basicstructure for ultrasonic cleaning equipment are accomplished; Through theanalysis of cleaning solution and cleaning pollutants, hydrocarbon solvent isdecided to be used as cleaning solution; The ultrasonic vacuum thick cleaning,ultrasonic vacuum fine cleaning, steam cleaning and vacuum drying cleaningprocess are designed according to the electronic connector cleannessrequirements; To ultrasonic cleaning process, this thesis analyzes the ultrasoniccleaning work frequency and power, cleaning solution temperature, cleaningtime, other major technological parameters and cleaning process key points, andthen points out the design requirements of the electronic connector ultrasonicvacuum cleaning equipment, determines the scheme of ultrasonic cleaningequipment, the pipeline, cleaning tub, material transmission equipment.Following this is a chapter that Introduces the structure and principle of themanipulator handling apparatus, presents the virtual prototype joint simulationof the manipulator handling apparatus by using UG and ADAMS software.Finally, according to the control needs of the equipment, the subsequent chapterpresents the design of the whole structure of equipment control system andselects related hardware, writes the touch screen program and formulates PLCcontrol program flow chart.
