The ability of anti-shock of rolling bearing, which is widely used in the industrial filed,plays important role on the reliability of key equipments. However, plenty of researches paidattention to the characteristics, such as, fatigue life of rolling bearing etc. Only a fewresearches focused on the ability of anti-shock of rolling bear in China.For this purpose, the testing rig for anti-shock property on rolling bearing was developedbased on the analysis of the theory of rolling bearing, as well as the related researches on theability of anti-shock of rolling bearing and its testing rig.Firstly, the definition of anti-shock of rolling bearing was proposed based on the researchof the characteristics of rolling bearing. And then, the outline of the design testing rig fortesting anti-shock was given.Secondly, the pre-experiment of the rig for testing anti-shock was studied. The pre-experiment was implemented with Finite Element Method (FEM) by using the commercialFEM software, ABAQUS. Based on the results of the simulation, such as the characteristicsof response of rolling bearing with impact load, the actual impact experiment was carried on.Then, comparing the different actual impact method was employed to investigate the structureof the rig for testing anti-shock of rolling bearing. And the results of the actual impactexperiments and testing procedures provide the valuable evidence for the design of functionfor the rig for testing anti-shock of rolling bearing.Finally, the rig for testing anti-shock of rolling bearing was manufactured according tothe plan and the testing procedures of the platform were explored roughly. On the stage ofdesign of the rig, several potential problems of the rig should be taken into account. Based onknowledge from the simulation and actual experiments, design schemes of the key parts werediscussed and selected in more detail. From the point view of industry standard, the testing rigfor testing anti-shock of rolling bearing was evaluated. At last, the testing procedures of theplatform were explored roughly.
