Repaving asphalt layer on old cement concrete pavements which is a general renovationtechnology of pavement can improve the pavement usability and the bearing capacity andextend the service life effectively. However, initial cracks and the joints in cement concreteplates will lead to appear the reflective cracks in asphalt overlay. The polarity between cementconcrete and asphalt concrete and the intensity difference result in the worse combinationbetween two materials and the greater shear stress in the asphalt concrete which often appearsthe shear flow and the instability.Semi-flexible cement-emulsified asphalt mixture which synthesizes the features of theinorganic material and the organic material is the pavement material with excellentperformance. In order to ensure the asphalt overlay which can meet the lifetime usability,pavement structure research on asphalt overlay of semi-flexible cement-emulsified asphaltmixture was worked based on some highway in Zhejiang Province.The article investigates and analyzes the highway traffic, climate environment and oldroad pavement of Zhejiang province firstly, both at home and abroad, has confirmed onZhejiang old cement road surface disease disposal scheme and half a flexible cementemulsified asphalt mixture road surface design that add a store of partial foundationparameters. Secondly, combined with the horizon function and road surface requirements, anddraw up several different overlay structure combination, and analyzed it from each layer andthe bearing capacity of the old road damage to the adaptability with the softwareBISA3.0.Then established statics-coupling finite element analysis model which is based on asingle load and temperature load with the software ANSYS. Meanwhile, considering the oldroad damage condition of pavement structure stress influence, analyzing the differentstructure and the structure of different thickness of asphalt pavement structure mechanicalresponse, proposing the mechanical design index which is based on the analysis of the staticsold cement road surface and half a flexible cement emulsified asphalt spread, namely theasphalt layer tensile strain, asphalt layer shear stress, half the flexible and the bottom of theorientations of tensile stress, half flexible overlay shear stress and old cement road surfacestress, recommend suitable for in the subject of relying on engineering each layer thickness. Finally the traditional theory of mechanics worked four and a half that add a store flexiblecement emulsified asphalt pavement structure combination that add a store on the stress andthe strain of the analysis. Recommended the optimal combination forms overlay structuresused for Zhejiang province, and predicate fatigue life of the pavement structure...
