Along with the rapid development of national economy and the further implementationof the twelfth five-year plan, highway traffic industry has a rapid growth..But, some highwayconstruction projects have some question in various degree such as basic constructionprocedure，the bidding monitor and management，quality and safety management，contractfulfillment management and so on, especially the design quality problem.These problemshave an serious impact on project construction quality and scientificalness andrationality.According to this phenomenon,this article has a trail study on post-evaluation oftechnical level of highway project design based on some interrelated theories on post-evaluation of highway project and interrelated experimenta projects of Zhejiang province，in order to provide some research thoughts for post-evaluation of technical level ofnational and provincial highway project design.According to the problem that post-evaluation of technical level of highway projectdesign had not been made a systematical and profound study,based on careful analysis ofhome and abroad research status on Post-evaluation，this article puts up with the conceptand theoretical principle of Post-evaluation of design，compares post-evaluation withPost-evaluation of technical level of highway project design.， further analysis theinfluence factors that influence design quality and put forward the major parts ofPost-evaluation of technical level of highway project design.The author put up with thebuild-thought of the index system，establish the content of the index system on whichinstitute the stand of evaluation based., analysis and compare usual methods ofPost-evaluation, further sum up both advantages and defects of all kinds of methods andchoose AHP—Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation as the proper method. At last，based onthe index system and evaluation method of post-evaluation of technical level of highwayproject design, have a post-evaluation of design technical level for104national highwayAccording to the evaluation conclusion,verify the index system and evaluation theory whichthis article put forward is viable and right.
