Research On Economical&Intensive Utilization Of Land Resources For Highway Construction In Jilin Province

With the rapid development of China’s highway industry，the contradiction betweenChina’s highway construction land and land resources tension becoming more and moreprominent. As one of China’s major grain producing areas, the land is very precious resourcein Jilin Province. According to the plan, in the next few years, even for more than a decade,Jilin Province highway construction will be in a period of great development, there will behighlight contradiction between highway construction and protection of land resources.Therefore, the study about intensive use of road construction land is significant.The existing policies on economical&intensive land utilization for highway construc-tion and related technologies for land saving at different construction stages were collected inthis paper. Based on the technologies and measures of economical&intensive utilization ofland resources in Jilin Province, shortcomings and disadvantages were analyzed, someimprovement measures on economical&intensive utilization of land at design stage wereproposed, meanwhile, relevant research were carried out at highway construction stage,including preservation and utilization of top surface soil, usage of filling materials forsubgrade and land reclamation etc., at the end, improvement technologies and measuressuitable for Jilin Province were summarized and provided.
