In what ways to control the milling machine tailgate affected the recovery rate of themilling machine for milling materials, job quality, the whole efficiency of the asphaltpavement milling machine,when asphalt pavement milling machine in operation. Thereforewe put forword the research topic and direction of adaptive control system.By studying the Operating resistance of the milling machine tailgate, summed tocalculate the resistance of the total operation of the tailgate, and then the weight of thetailgate, the tailgate operating resistance, tailgate lift the pressure of the hydraulic cylinderscomposed of three millingtail gate balance of power, the force balance under the tailgatecome to the size of the milling machine tailgate ground pressure, earth pressure on the size ofthe tailgate tailgate lift control method for the control of the object obtained. Through theintroduction of analog circuits and digital circuits and research, summed up the differencebetween the two tailgate control system analysis and design of the control scheme of thecontrol system of analog circuits and digital circuits adaptive control system, in dataprocessing data algorithm based on adaptive control system for digital circuits, hardwarecircuit, selected by comparing the more economical, more effective methods and controlsystems to ensure efficient work of the milling machine tailgate.This article has summed up the various factors that impact the work of tailgate, byanalysing the experimental data about the system, and evaluated the control system.
