Study On The Land Use Issues Of Rail Transit In Metropolis

In the system of metropolitan area, land use have oscillatory relations with rail transit, the construction of rail transit will improve accessibility along the line, and so it has a series of impacts on the land use in metropolitan area.The main subject of the paper is to study some land use issues of rail transit in metropolis. Firstly, both domestic and aboard researches are given, and the study issues and framework of paper are put forward. Secondly, the impacts of rail transit on metropolitan space structure is expatiated, the TOD pattern of"city adapt transit"is taken, metropolitan space develops into a network by rail transit. Thirdly, the TOD pattern is discussed in detail, and the scale of TOD is defined. In the fourth part, joint development of rail transit and land is discussed, its organization is formed, its mechanism is built, and its strategies are discussed. In the fifth part, the relationship of rail transit and land price along the line is studied, the principles and steps of land price evaluation are given out according to metropolitan characteristics, and the model of land price and distance is modified. The last part concludes the paper and gives suggestions of subsequent study.
